Dr. Sanjay Gupta, President Obama's top pick for Surgeon General, has opted out of the nomination process. Upon hearing the news, presidential staffers leaked a copy of a recorded interview with then President-Elect Obama that showed Dr.Gupta swearing like a drunken Pakistani sailor on shore leave in a Thai brothel. "We thought he had full-blown Tourettes Syndrome," smirked an unnamed source who attended the meeting. Dr Gupta has denied these allegations saying he opted out because he was "incapacitated by restless leg syndrome, causing me to inappropriately parade in goose steps at large political gatherings."
